CINQ SERPENTS DEPICTS THE GREAT PYRAMID ENCOILED IN A TANGLE OF SNAKES, FORMING A KNOT. THE PYRAMID REPRESENTS A STAIRWAY, WITH THE TRIALS AND OBSTACLES OF LIFE PREVENTING CLIMBERS FROM REACHING THE SUMMIT. THIS PIECE IS AN ECHO OF THE PHRASE “AS ABOVE SO BELOW” BECAUSE OFTEN TIMES WE ARE TOO FOCUSED ON GETTING TO THE TOP OF THE PYRAMID TO SEE THE OBSTACLES PREVENTING US FROM GETTING THERE, AND THIS PIECE REPRESENTS THAT STRUGGLE IN A DIFFERENT PLANE OF EXISTENCE.
